NP Care At Home reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances or for other valid reasons adhering to the following rules and regulations:
All cancellations on the clients behalf must be done in advance and should be communicated to NP Care At Home at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
We understand that sometimes things come up and you can not attend your appointment or sometimes your health issues subside meaning you no longer require assessment.
In the event you need to cancel, as long as you cancel >24 hrs prior to your scheduled appt, we guaranteed 100% refund. If you cancel < 24 hrs prior, a 50% refund will be granted and < 12 hours prior, no refund will be granted.
If NP Care At Home must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances or valid reasons, we will provide you with an explanation and do our best to reschedule you at your earliest convenience. All efforts will be made to minimize any disruption in service delivery.
NP Care At Home's Right to Refuse Unsafe Work
NP Care At Home reserves the right to refuse services if the visit site is deemed unsafe for our staff. This may be due to inappropriate entry or access, hazardous conditions (i.e. exposed wires or tripping hazards) and/or other safety issues. If a visit site is considered unsafe for our staff, we will notify you immediately. Thank you for understanding and helping us ensure the safety of our staff by making sure that all sites are safe before any scheduled appointment.
NP Care At Home reserves the right to update or make changes to our cancelation policy at any time. For this matter, we recommend periodically reviewing our cancelation policy.
